This show includes two first parts. Cut Copy is an Australian indie / electro band that reminds some of his contemporaries like Air, Daft Punk or LCD Soundsystem, but is distinguished by a slightly more pop sensibility reminiscent of classic 80s, with some disco elements and "synth pop". Cut Copy began in 2001 as a solo project of producer, songwriter and DJ Dan Whitford, until he met the other members who now form Cut Copy, bassist and guitarist Tim Hoey and drummer Mitchell Scott. Cut Copy then hosted a fourth member to their band, bassist Ben Browning.
