She’s not even 25 and has already had an amazing career path: born in Brazil, began learning cello at 8 years old, studied under master cellist Christine Walevska in Argentina as a teenager and accompanied Jane Birkin on her world tour at age 18!
Dom La Nena now stands on her own and has a fantastic first album entitled “Ela”. Fans of Lhasa de Sela will identify with the same heightened sensitivity that distinguished the songs of the late singer.
