A self-taught singer, songwriter and composer, Sylvia made her first live appearance before thousands of spectators—in the Montreal metro! She then pursued an atypical path that gave her the necessary material to produce “La fuite” last October. The album features country-folk songs that flirt with country western. But it all remains fresh and light, thanks to the Quebec artist’s humour and charm.
