Sébastien Lacombe went to Senegal for a year in 2011 and came back transformed and inspired. The former Ma première Place des Arts award winner immediately started working on his third album, “Territoires,” with Pierre-Philippe Côté (Pilou) as producer. He maintained the folk feeling, but the more introspective tone and subtle references to his African experience marked a significant change in Sébastien Lacombe’s sound. Refined and luminous!
