Classifying Badbadnotgood isn’t easy, but "jazz" would be a good place to start. However, the Toronto trio has gradually moved away from its original post-bop origins to explore other worlds. This is what inspired them to revisit the songs of Kanye West, Feist and My Bloody Valentine, and to share the stage with hip hop sensation Frank Ocean at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2012.
