Laurence Hélie launched her first album in 2011 and she created a sensation, winning a Félix for best country album at ADISQ, a SOCAN songwriting prize at Festival western de St-Tite and a nomination for a Félix-Leclerc Award. She builds on this success with her second album, surrounded by some famous collaborators: Leif Vollebekk, Alexandre Désilets, Andréa Lindsay and Louis-Jean Cormier. This time Laurence brings even more scope to her melancholy country-folk, which should be a perfect fit for Le Cercle’s intimate atomsphere.
