The Omnium du Rock Mise-o-jeu is a major competition for emerging Québec bands, which gives bands the opportunity to perform at Festival d’été de Québec.
The winners of the 10th edition, The Vare, continue to make waves on the Montreal indie rock scene. This Montréal band wowed audiences with their R&B influences and the haunting voice of their singer Mikey Desjardins. Often compared to Coldplay, Kings of Leon and City and Color, there’s no doubt that The Vare will charm the Capital!
