Australian duo Air Supply, comprised of Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, has been going strong for nearly 40 years and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in December 2013. The two artists met in 1975 while both were performing in Jesus Christ Superstar. They quickly became fast friends and formed Air Supply, which became one of the most successful soft rock acts of the 1980s with over 20 million albums sold. In 1980 the group signed with Arista Records and the song Lost in Love became the fastest selling single in the world and shot to the top of the charts. Air Supply has released 17 studio albums to date, including the most recent Mumbo Jumbo Jumbo in 2010, embraced by the public and critics alike.
