Le Palais Montcalm – Maison de la musique est heureux d’annoncer un ajout à la programmation été-automne 2014 avec la présentation du spectacle de Pat Metheny Unity Group . À cette occasion, le réputé guitariste de jazz présentera Kin, son nouvel album qui a reçu un accueil dithyrambique de la critique.

Lauréat de 20 Grammy en carrière dans 12 catégories distinctes et membre du Downbeat Hall of Fame depuis 2013, ce musicien prolifique et versatile fera un arrêt à Québec dans le cadre de sa tournée mondiale. Il sera entouré de 4 excellents musiciens dont Chris Potter, Ben Williams, Antonio Sanchez et Guilio Carmassi qui composent le Pat Metheny Unity Group.
