Zéphyr Artillerie is an orchestra that sings of love and hard work, with a sound somewhere between universal hook and roots; good down home music that tells it like it is. Fédérick Carrier carries its heavy western folk and “with his raspy, tired voice sings of everyday troubles with jubilant bad faith,” (Cyrille Péguy, Radio France International) and whose voice, in fact, “isn’t there to embellish, but to personify.” (Antoine Léveillé, Voir). At the Festival d’été de Québec, Zéphyr Artillerie invites you to an evening with ‘Zéphyr & Friends’, during which Stéphane Robitaille, Simon-Pierre Beaudet and many other guests join the sextet for what is sure to be a great show!
