The dynamic has changed for Dan Boeckner. After sharing the spotlight with successful projects like Wolf Parade, Handsome Furs and Divine Fits, the Montréal musician is now at the helm of Operators. The approach is defined by the use of synthesizers on rhythmic rock, recalling the best moments of the Boeckner - Perry duo with the Furs. Their first five-title maxi released last year only revealed the tip of an iceberg. We’ll be seeing much more of it on the FEQ stage, where Operators will be clearly making their mark.
