Shawn Hall is the “harpoonist” (harmonica blues) and Matthew Rogers is the “axe murderer“ (guitarist). Together they offer their take on blues codes, bringing together purists and tourists alike. This is the reason they’ve shared the stage with artists as varied as Taj Mahal, Mother Mother, The Sheep Dogs and Booker T Jones. Be that as it may, the flights of Hall and Rogers on their respective instruments will thrill all the night owls huddled together at the Petit Impérial.
