Founded in the fall of 2014 by Haitian percussionist Emmanuel Delly, Afrovibes is the first group to bring afrobeat to the Quebec City music scene. Inspired by Fela Kuti, this young band blends traditional rhythms from Latin America, the Comoros Islands and the bel-air of Martinique with fusion atmospheres of jazz-rock and soul. An eclecticism that would not exist without the cultural diversity of its ten members.
