Originally from Abitibi-Témiscamingue, this rock group first gained popularity in their home area and then went on to conquer all of Québec. Lubik has won several honours, including first place in the Band de Garage contest, which led to an appearance on the Télé-Québec show Belle et Bum. Since then, the band has released their first album, Jusqu’au boutte, and played at Francofolies de Montréal and Coup de Cœur Francophone.
