Composed of an excellent singer-guitarist with a husky voice and a gifted human beatbox, Heymoonshaker surprises and clashes with visceral blues packed with vocal percussions, a technique more associated with hip-hop, but which works to perfection here. Having toured every corner of the province a few months ago, these two cohorts are back on Québec soil to grace the Festival a second time. Their first appearance was a sensation and it’s a safe bet that this year’s will be another triumph.
