An affair of the family and of the heart, Les Ogres de Barback is the remarkable adventure of four multi-instrumentalist brothers and sisters, who, for over 20 years, have been having a blast defying conventions. Inspired by great writers of French song, such as Brassens and Renaud, the Ogres have the militant rhymes and the alternative melodies of Mano Negra, plus a hint Bérurier Noir, who marked the Francophone punk/rock scene. Accordion, cello, guitar, piano, tuba and many other instruments populate their music, which blows like a gentle wind of folly and invites everyone to party.
