Well-known for supercharged performances and hyping up music-loving audiences, the Montréal trio Plants & Animals plays orchestral rock without limiting themselves to any musical category. After the celebrated Parc Avenue (2008), the intimate La La Land (2010) and the more ambitious The End of That (2012), Waltzed in From The Rumbling takes another step in the creative process of Warren Spicer, featuring production reminiscent of Gainsbourg, Van Morisson and Angelo Badalamenti. An exultant blend of symphonic crescendos, purified folk and seventies soft rock with unique writing.
