Just 9 years after first appearing in Québec City at Espace 400e in 2008, the popular indie-rock band from Montréal is sure to surprise us once again, this time outdoors at Parc de la Francophonie. Under contract with the prestigious label Sub Pop since the early 2000s, Dan Boeckner’s band rivals Arcade Fire for nonchalant pop and progressive melodies. Their album Apologize to the Queen Mary had a dramatic impact, inspiring a whole community of musicians, both locally and internationally. A strong and much anticipated return to the Festival.
