The talented singer-songwriter Bernard Adamus is coming to heat up the boards of the Festival with his contrasting music and contagious energy. Since the release of his first album, Brun in 2009, Adamus has continued to win honours, along with the hearts of a growing public. And when you listen to him, it’s easy to understand why. The compositions, which incorporate folk and blues, embrace country, and sometimes veer into realms of hip hop and big band, easily grab your attention. The image-filled, highly evocative and slightly provocative lyrics strike the imagination and leave no one indifferent.
