At the crossroads of rock and funk, Velvet Vice also tints their music with melancholy, pop and soul. Since 1012, Claudia Blais, (singer), Mathias Berry (guitarist-composer),Frédéric Custeau (bass), and Alexandre Belzile (drums), have been refining a style rooted in the festive union of carnal love influenced by a good dose of sensuality. The EP Urban Instinct is a fine example of this communion of urban styles.
