Milanku was born in 2006 in Montreal. Inspired by the work of the Czech author Milan Kundera, Milanku strikes by his brutal, nostalgic and melancholic character. Defined by its dark side, the band focuses on the sobriety and minimal use of vocal presence to recall the contemporary dramatic state of a world missing common sense in which man seeks a truth through the chaos of routine. The French texts that accompany the music raise the quartet as a reference of its genre in Quebec.
