She's been compared to Cat Power and PJ Harvey. Her debut album, Sous les arbres, was highly praised by the music media. Onstage, she has the self-assurance of a seasoned artist.

Despite her youth, Salomé Leclerc has been playing for a number of years and her talent has been rewarded many times over: a SODEC award for Cégep en spectacle in 2006, SOCAN award at the Festival international de la chanson de Granby and a Hydro-Québec award for best song of the year in the Ma première Place des Arts contest in 2009.

This is an artist that Québec will be talking about. And like everyone who has seen her in concert, you're sure to fall under the spell of Salomé Leclerc's sensitive songs.
