Charles Bradley's story is far from ordinary. A miserable childhood in the streets of New York, his brother killed by his nephew, taking odd jobs in restaurants… he knew hard times before becoming a success. In spite of it all, Bradley always knew he would make it as a musician. His real breakthrough came in 2011, with his first solo album, No Time for Dreaming, at the age of 62! At times sorrowful, at times funky, but always authentic, Bradley's raspy voice and gut-wrenching soul are nothing short of a rebirth in music.
