Based on last year's mini album, it's hard to believe that this young Montrealer is barely 20 years old. Her confident, mature music puts you in mind of such accomplished artists as Mazzy Star and PJ Harvey.
You could say that music is in Kandle Osborne's DNA, because her father, Neil, was the leader of the legendary 54-40 rock band, which was a hit all across Canada in the 80s and 90s. And he had every reason to be proud when his daughter burst on the Canadian music scene. So put her right up there on your list of “people to watch!”
