After four critically-acclaimed albums and a nomination as a finalist for a prestigious Polaris Music Prize (2008), Kathleen Edwards is now ready to conquer the general public.
She co-produced her latest album, Voyageur, with Justin Vernon (better known as Bon Iver). Together, they've struck just the right balance of folk, country, Americana and pop without breaking away from the traditional roots of this singer who grew up in Ottawa listening to Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Tom Petty.
In concert, Kathleen Edwards cranks up the intensity of her songs to give the audience her all. Those festivalgoers who already know her just can't wait for this show.
