Lauded by such jazz stars as Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny, Marcus Miller and Cassandra Wilson, this Swiss harmonica ace arrives preceded by an enviable reputation. Credited with having helped redefine the role of the harmonica, Maret just launched his debut album as bandleader (including a duet with THE master of masters, Toots Thielemans...). In his first Festival visit, Maret gives us his State of the Instrument.
