Best known as a member of Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, Victor Wooten is also a composer, producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist and educator. A 5-time Grammy winner, the extraordinary fusion bassist is already part of the Festival program, in the 2012
Invitation series alongside Stanley Clarke. This one gives us the opportunity to enjoy pieces from his new album, as he leads in a septet of multi-instrumentalists adept at his fusion/funk/world soundscape. Strap yourself in for heavy-groove high-voltage virtuosity.
