Working under the moniker Chapelier Fou (the
Mad Hatter), conservatory violinist Louis Warynski offers a quirky, biting and affecting electronica that appeals to the head as much as the heart. Laid out on three EPs and two albums-including the latest,
Invisible-his musical quilt integrates elements of post-rock, electro-acoustic, ambient and film music, among others. Originally from Metz, France, the musician is making his debut visit to the Festival.
