After making a major impression at the Festival in 2002 and 2003, Norah Jones has been a little off the radar since. In the meantime, she's filled her CV with jazz, folk, blues and country projects - notably as part of classic country group The Little Willies - intercut with film appearances. Versatile and curious, this is one artist who has never hesitated to step out of her comfort zone and discover new affinities and horizons. Since her last visit to the Festival, she's amply proven that her initial breakout success was no lucky one-off, with three albums, Feels Like Home, Not Too Late and The Fall, as well as four films, including My Blueberry Nights, showcasing her talents as an actress. The breakout artist of 2002 thanks to a sensual voice and her musical finesse, with more than 40 millions albums sold and innumerable awards, Norah Jones is now one of the most acclaimed singers in the world. Ten years after the release of the album that propelled her onto the international scene, Come Away With Me, the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal is absolutely delighted to welcome back this versatile singer-songwriter. Best of all, it's our chance to enjoy songs from her latest, a little gem of a pop album, Little Broken Hearts, produced and co-written by the redoubtable Danger Mouse.
