Marie-Anne Arsenault and Jonathan Gagné launched Propofol in Montreal in 2009 with the unconventional idea of playing electro in French. Keyboard player Anh Phung joined the one year later, expanding their musical horizons. The trio finally brought out their first self-named mini album last August.
You could say that Propofol plays electro pop on steroids. Or you could say that they play rock sans guitars. But no matter how you classify them, once Propofol's die-hard songs hit your eardrums, you're hooked!
