They began playing their brand of fifties-style teen pop and depraved sixties sound in 2006, and made their name with the release in 2010 of Help Me Mama! featuring four tracks in tribute to three former rock'n'roll greats - Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and Big Bopper - all victims of a plane crash 51 years ago. Their second album, Introducing Once Again, launched last year, demonstrates how the band has evolved. These 13 original, timeless songs result from the encounter of a perfect stranger, Buddy Mcneil, with the Magic Mirrors' four uninhibited musicians.
Known for their original and colourful performances, the Magic Mirrors don't claim to revolutionize the genre, but they're ready to give their all, all night long.
