Inaugurated in 1939 by King Georges VI and Queen Elizabeth, this park-observation terrace overlooks the St. Lawrence River. It offers a spectacular view of Québec City's ramparts illuminated at night, the Château Frontenac, bridges, fluvial activities and Laurentian mountaintops, from Île Orléans to Mont Sainte-Anne. Free access to the site.
